It would be great if we could use F8 to access Photo library again.
Reasons:
1. I'm just used to it and prefer it.
2. So you can take pics of in the designer with side bars open for bug reports etc.
3. Take pics in Designer.

It's actually available with F9, and you can bind it to whatever you want in the Other category of the Control Settings dialog.
