Ok, so I've been playing the game for a bit and while there's several things I'd like to see, I think that Solid Rocket Boosters (SRB's) are among the most needed, as they are so important In real life. Currently, all rockets in the game run on liquid fuel, and thus are heavier, controllable, and reliable. SRB's are the dead opposite. So, to make up for this lack of SRB madness, I would like to see a resizable nozzle that burns solid rocket fuel, and of course, a solid rocket fuel option added to the fuel tank (obviously.) Thanks for reading and I hope you take my suggestions into consideration!

But would it come with thrust curves?

I would like to see small solid rocket engines as well. For example, for escape towers, retrorockets etc. a la the US Mercury spacecraft. Perhaps a variety of specific impulse but allow the designer to trade off thrust for duration.

I'd love to see SRBs, especially for low-cost launchers in the campaign mode when it comes. It's also a critical part of reproductions of real rockets.

SRBs should not be in fuel tanks imo, they should be their own procedural parts. Width corresponds to burn time, length corresponds to thrust, and it can be tweaked from there depending upon the size. Obviously nozzle is configurable to tweak vacuum vs atmospheric Isp.
