Vectoring on CoT & CoL indicators

Right now, the CoT & CoL indicators are properly centered, but do not show cumulative lift or thrust vectoring. This would help greatly for balancing Shuttles and other asymmetric thrust/lift vehicles, as the player can tweak engine/wing angle to better support CoM.
