Its got everything it needs. It have fuel, intake, the game says there are no problems, yet it produces no thrust for me
(In the image, i have the center of thrust gizmo on, it wont calculate the engine at all)

If your environment is set to vacuum or a planet with no atmosphere, jet engines won't produce thrust.
