Add ability for the rocket engines to simulate the force of the gases they are moving to enact upon parts like wings for example (if placed on the exaust plume) to enable us to make an extra type of thrust vectoring called "TVC Vanes" for any rocket engine ingame.

Other Types of TVC

Some guy made research on this:Link
Edit: a little thing i would like to add is, if the wings are placed on the afore mentioned place they should not affect the center of lift what so ever meaning the forces have to work on them while being occluded ( that way you don't get in-flight complications).

People would say just use gimbaled engines but i would say neatly covering an engine with the intake part would make gimbaling look ridiculous also the solid engines don't have gimbal and this would be more realistic than attaching hinges to gimbal the engine which again would look ugly with covered engines.

Also no other game ever done this before this would be unique and would enable a rocket to take advantage of its thrust no matter as long as it is burning.
    Just imagine the possibilities..

    heck yes
this would also enable 3D TVC on single-nozzled crafts
