Windows not transparent after reloading

Windows always lose their transparent appearence after reloading even though the color doesnt change.

How to reproduce-make a rocket with transparent windows or something (doesnt seem to happen with cockpit on plane but I will test on rocket so for now just make a block or something)

Then click save and load it again. Try it with my capsule.
