The attached craft has a burn node at apoapsis. Pin the burn node info in map view and re-enter game view. The auto-burn/warp does not function. If warp is enabled, it will start up as soon as map view is enabled. If warp is enabled in map view, leaving map view will not stop warp and the node will be overshot. It also tries to late burn if entering mapview after warping past the node, but the result is a complete mess.
Have had this issue as well, I forgot why I didn't report it when I first saw it.
