There was a bug, that I believe Philip has fixed, that would occur when replacing a celestial body, which would throw an error and the replacement would fail, possibly leaving the system in a bad state. I'm not sure when the next update will hit beta, but hopefully the issue will no longer be giving you trouble after that. If it does, please let us know, as it could be an unrelated problem you are experiencing.

@Chtite451SR2 did you try to reload the launch locations in the system?

@pedro16797 when i delete a planet, the launch locations dissapear (like any planet, not droo) and when i try to save it gives me an error (pretty much)

@Chtite451SR2 I would suggest making a backup of your custom planets and removing them from the game folder, and you should also consider redownloading any non-stock system you have. By editing a planet you can break a system that used that planet.
Ideally, this won't be a problem in the future, because those changes will be made from within the game and not editing XML files.

Did you edit the files manually? There seems to be a missing planet causing some errors
