Simply put a tourist in a chair. This isn't a major bug, and is purely visual, but tourists don't recline fully in chairs, and it hurts my back just looking at them slouching instead of sitting back.

The issue is that we had to tweak the chair design to fit the astronaut jetpack. It's impossible to have chairs for both droods and tourists

@Pedro that's what I guessed was the cause.
