I did quick save while flying the BFS, but after reloading the quicksave I'm in the 1st stage, too far to jump to the other craft (the original primary control was in the 1st stage)

Can you provide some more information with this bug report? I don't understand what the issue is exactly.

@AndrewGarrison it's hard to express it right in english for me, I'll try.
The rocket has 2 control parts, one in the 1st stage and one in the 2nd stage
At launch the one in 1st stage was set to primary
After separation I changed control to the 2nd stage to adjust the apogeo
Just after engine cutoff I quicksaved the game and try the warp bug, and the craft exploded, so I loaded the quicksave
When the game loaded I was back in the 1st stage, falling to Droo, instead of being in the 2nd stage
