Earth doesn't render fully when re-entering fast

I am having trouble reproducing this one. We have made a couple fixes to things that could have been related, but hard to say for sure. I'm going to close it since I cannot duplicate it. If you run into it again, feel free to log the issue again. I know its not always doable, but if you could submit a bug report right before the issue occurs and its very reproducible, it would be easier to investigate this. Please let me know if you see this issue again after the next release. Thanks!
