Radar Cross Section (RCS) and Radio-based communication and detections.

Vizzy can't replicate (exactly cant realistically replicate these features). We can cast a ray and get the result back, but it's not a good way because there's technically infinite points and vectors you can cast a ray to. Communications can basically be there with the broadcast message thing, BUT it depends on the physics range and pretty much stuff. So i want there be realistic RCS and radio-based communications (with frequency, multiple data type support, transmissions, and even laser). It would be a total overhaul if you got real ground-to-air radio communication with the infamous parabolic receiver and real antennas instead of decoration one with multiplayer. And, also vizzy for these because yep, now we can make real active radar and semi active radar missiles than just locking on a pre-defined target...
