I assigned Farah Tran & Scarlet Garner to this SimpleATV's crew compartment in the designer, and launched it. In-world, (in "flight",) I was surprisd to find the crew compartment contains Yuri G. instead of Farah Tran. It works all right, just the name is different. Incidentally, I have no Yuri G. amongst my astronauts, available or assigned. On saving the "flight" and returning to the designer, I see Farah Tran and Scarlet Garner are shown as being on a mission. (There are no other flights.) It's as if Farah Tran and Yuri G. are the same person.

I'm reporting this from mobile, but on my PC a couple of days ago, I launched a rocket with Elliot something and another named drood, but in-flight, both droods are named Unassigned. It's rather disappointing. This was in version 1.3. In this case, I guess there may have been a name conflict with another vessel in flight; I don't know.

The PC save pertaining to this is attached to another (unrelated) bug:

The PC game calls both droods Unassigned in flight. One is in a space habitat, the other a jet-style cockpit. In the Designer screen, the Crew Assignment window shows Caitlin Clark and Elliot Perkins as "In Flight: Droo", and these are the droods I assigned to the ship before launch. The "Droo" part is puzzling as they're no longer in Droo's SoI; the ship is now in Juno's SoI.

I can't find the exact version of the PC install, but it was updated before launch 2 or 3 days ago.
