Ground/Refuel/Electric (universal) connection ports

A part similar to the docking port would be very useful in-game. It would not need to be a structural connection between ports, only offer a connection for fuel transfer (including electricity). The ports could connect as soon as there is contact without the need for them to be lined up perfectly but they would not be a structural attachment so they would detach easily and could have flex to them. These ground connection ports would be smaller than the docking ports (50% or so).
