Rocket engines don't emmit smoke on launch from runway

What going to happen with planes? Make engines not emmit smoke when tilted on an angle of more the 32°? @AndrewGarrison

Enough people have complained about this that I'm going to add it to the list.

This is by design. Currently, the launch pad and the two auxiliary landing pads have smoke effects. The runway does not.
