It would be useful to have a bottom attach point so that it can be stacked vertically inside a rocket, and have an interstage below it (which would give it a shroud).

This is marked Fixed (5 years ago?) but I don't see any additional attachment point. Just Base and Legacy. How does one create a shroud?
