Flat fuselages for high speed planes, like this one: https://wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/wiki/File:Mk2_LF%2BO_Fuselage_Short.png
Also, flat cargo bays, flat cargo ramps, flat cockpits, flat crew modules, flat ore/material/parts/fuel containers and flat inline docking ports.

You can flatten fuel tanks with the current version. Is there something else you'd like to achieve with the current shaping tools?

Ah, I meant something like this:
| <- Wing
() <- Fuselage
Currently I guess it is only possible to make fuselage look like this:

I'm not really sure how to explain it... I meant the ability to make the side of the fuselage flat with sharp end, instead of rounded - so that wings could be attached to that edge. That way the craft would be able to have continuous surface from the left wing, through top of the fuselage, to the right wing.
Like, recreating this from KSP, but procedural:

EDIT: Oh, here is visible what I mean:

Like, because the edge of the fuselage is flat, it seamlessly connects with the wing and it acts like a single surface visually.
PS. Or is it somehow possible and I missed this?
