Ocean Droo & Desert Droo

When I enter the game, why Droo in the screen title turn into an ocean planet? When I start playing the game to see if it change evrything, Droo turns into a desert planet. No ocean at all. So, I try to install one of the custom systems and load it to the game. The blue planet in the title screen still hasnt changed, I play the game and the planet still has no ocean.
