Allow rotating and nudging parts while they are being dragged around

Yeah, I found this annoying when trying to look around parts. I hope it gets implemented.

So when you aren’t holding the left mouse button down (or rotating the camera), everything behaves as it should, like this.
But when you are holding the left mouse button down, nothing moves, like this. (also applies to rotating parts).
Also to move he camera around (well, look around) you hold and drag the left mouse button. XD

I can understand nudging parts and rotating parts would be important while dragging parts around, but how do you move the camera around if the left mouse button is down? Do you mean you can't pan the camera with a right click while you're dragging parts?
