The command chip should not interfere with connection points

I'm not able, for example, to stack anything above the chip, which in the real life, the electronics will be embedded somewhere inside the fuselage.
I think the chip could have a connection point o top and zero height, or it could not consume the connection point, allowing other parts to be attached.
