Command Disc drag is way too low.

I am reentering the atmosphere but the command disc drag is way too low. Before this, there was a heat shield covering the command disc, as well as a rocket engine. But both of them exploded as I was stress testing my craft. The exposed command disc have too little drag, when the heat shield that covered it before had hundreds of kN of drag, the command disc only had a few hundred N of drag.
