When launching a programmed command disk with power off from AG setting (to save battery) the Vizzy program will switch from "paused" (when power is off) to "stopped" when power is turned on if during the flight the scene was temporally changed by taking control of a distant craft (for ex. to guide it's landing). If the scene will not be changed, the program will run at any time the power is switched on. NOTE that if the craft is launched (from the game's main menu or build menu) with the command disk's power turned on (AG setting), this issue does not exist.
