Bug state: rover craft partially buried, rover wheels two-thirds buried. Wheels spin freely, though yield no motion.

Possible bug reproduce actions:
Enter, slowly fall, an successfully land on Sergeaas successsfully. Successfully move around an over terrain a bit.

Then (in this encounter): save and exit.

Then load back to this rover craft. Loading from either a quick-save or a save-an-exit save loads the crafts as partially buried an immobile, while wheels can spin freely.

Sometimes, though not consistently enough:
If one does a quick save a sec or 2 or 3 after loading in, the following quick load loads the rover as further buried beneath terrain.
Another quick save an quick load yields the rover as below the terrain an falling, until the game a sec or 2 later has it reappear to the prior first-partially-buried state.
This ‘inconsistently reproducable’ bug was also seen in my v1.2 buried-bug encounter in another very similar bug report, also happening with the other craft, until the second quick-save-an-load iteration placed that non-rover-not-controlled-but-controllable craft below terrain an fall until it exploded.

I list this report as v1.1, as this was my first encounter with this bug out of 2 distinct land encounters on Sergeaas, so far.
Distinct, as in: this one was taken from a career-mode-save, an this was my first encounter with this bug. This happened again in a new sandbox save, under my prior bug report v1.2 of this. Crafts for both scenarios were nearly identical, besides a few extra parachutes and repositioning head lights a bit with my later craft for my Sergeaas-buried-v1.2 bug report.

This is while playing from iOS.
