Phase angle calculator between current and locked planet or moon for interplanetary travel

It would be awesome to have a phase angle calculator for he to determine the best transfer window for interplanetary window. Right now I understand it's trial and error for some systems. For the stock Droo and Droo based systems I understand some have calculated the angles and posted them. But I believe this would come in handy for non-stock planetary systems being made by others.
