Edit staging during flight

It would be very helpful to be able to edit the staging order, and what parts are staged after building crafts. Currently, unless I've missed something, if you find that you've made a mistake and need to correct a staging error, you have to end your flight in order to go back to craft building to edit it (SR 1 on Android was like this, too.)
