An attachable tether part.

Simply a part that would act like the standard EVA tether but can be attached to crafts. Part would have configurable length, strength, ravel speed, elasticity, and would resemble a towing cable of sorts.

This would be useful for tethering other crafts without needing to subject the Drood to any possible harsh environments, help move crafts closer for recovery, and be very useful for unmanned/autonomous crafts that may need to make use of a tether.
