Target surface locations

Please add a way for the player to choose a point on the surface of a planet or moon which defaults to the surface elevation but allows the player to choose some altitude above that point for the target.
Hoping that Vizzy will soon have access to target properties and self-to-target relative parameters, this will enable Vizzy coders to create precision landings scripts, aircraft waypoint navigation, and many other scripts.
