we should be able to change the ports strength by trading it for time it takes to dock
for example you should be able to make a port that takes 10 sec to dock but the port is capable of going to warp spedd, or you should be able to make a port that docks instantly but can barely hold on

mabye they could also allow docking ports to dock with each other when they are part of the same craft

i think just the loking of the port is enough since game started to look waay better day by day
