this would be great for users to add audio cues when an event occurs such as countdown, stage activation etc.

features :
for vizzy,
-it would come as a new block called "play audio [file] at volume [0-1]"

for the game in general,
-there would be a menu where you can choose the audio file from
- - activation via vizzy or inputs from controls like pitch, yaw

-user can select where the audio would be played at
- - from part
- - from world

-user can select whether a part would allow for audio obstruction or not, this would be available in tinker panel

-audio played would be fainter as you move away from the source (does not apply to audio from world source)

-user can select audio editing presets like increasing, decreasing volume, reverb

-user can create audio automation with several sets of tools

    I think you can dl this with mods and a custom solar system xml (there every planet has a list of songs to play) but it would be cool to have a folder to drop songs in and have them played by context
