I like the capability to quickly move the camera around, but I think that if a user is flying a cockpit style craft, or performing EVA, the default camera should be locked in a centered chase view. I don’t like the fact that choosing to yaw slightly L/R while maneuvering leaves the camera in the same position, with the user now crooked piloting an aircraft or astronaut. Having to control the camera view at the same time as trying to control a highly precise flight trajectory (especially doing EVA in space, which is similar to flying a fly-bar-less RC helicopter on earth, with no gyroscopic stabilization - requiring precisely the same amount of opposite force to restabilize your position, or you risk quickly losing control and missing your target or crashing into something else at high speed) feels impossible, and as a result, I have NEVER successfully made it back to any of my spacecraft, following an exit from the vehicle. It just seems like adjusting the camera for these types of flights should be an option - not the default.
I agree with crafts but eva gets weird in chase view. FPV is the only way to eva imo.
