Better reentry effects

I think the reentry effect on JNO is already amazing, but one thing that bugs me out is how the reentry effects disappear when you're looking down towards the reentry. but if you turn your camera around, the reentry effect suddenly appear.

the plasma should be visible regardless of camera orientation

I strongly support this. I'd say to have better reentry effects similar to that of ksp rather than glowing the parts. If it takes a good amount of cpu/gpu there should be a setting to change the effect.

@zzazza, @NoIDontWanna There could be a setting for The reentry graphics Like a dropdown menu for low, medium, high, and epic.

That requires powerful CPU and GPU.
