Re-center View on Target from map view persists in flight view

Reproduce:
1. Launch a craft.
2. Go to map view.
3. Offset the camera (hold right click and drag or drag with two fingers). 
4. Exit map view.

Notice how the Re-Center View on Target button is still there.
