RCS Attitude Control Dosnt Work

RCS works fine for translational movement but wont turn the spacecraft when using nav sphere or keyboard controls . spacecraft has a command chip,monoprop,battery charge and all rcs thrusters have a connection to the monoprop tank.

on the other hand rcs works fine when launching a new rocket with RP1 engines (wich a command chip and rocket engine gimbal at 0%)

there's basically no way to turn an ion engine spacecraft like the one posted in the blog on the game site
