Parachute falls off of container in cargo bay

I have a mission cargo container attached to a side interstage inside a cargo bay. To the container there is a parachute attached.
As soon as I start the plane, the chute falls out of the cargo bay and also the container isn't attached to the side interstage inside the cargo bay anymore.
