RCS right now is extremely powerful, producing accelerations equivalent to that of actual engines. Having rescalable RCS thrusters with thrust output scaling with mass and size would make these devices less incredibly OP and in fact more usable. The best example of this is on the default docking level, where rolling the craft immediately spins you up to an absurd angular velocity.

In addition, the current RCS thruster port model is frankly an unrealistic, greebly mess--a simple cone nozzle would be more appropriate.
