There could be a new part using the existing wing physics code but works as all-movable control surface that rotates around root connection point while having 'input controller' like the rotator. It'd be better for craft handling as player could control it via vizzy variables, also eliminate the mess of managing a bunch of control surfaces on the same wing without clearly knowing which input for which surface.

To get a all-movable control surface in game, currently player has to use rotator / hinge. Also the existing control surface could cause confusion when building delta wing aircraft as the moment of lift is not applied to the hinge of control surface, while the actual AOA of the wing is not directly taken from the orientation of control surface but wing and control surface combined.

Such part style also means saving weight and power rather than having a rotator.
