Career/science mode for custom systems

@Saladinny you have to install a custom career, once you do that it will show up

@Pedro How? When I press new game I can either pick sandbox or career. And career doesn't have a field for choosing which system to use.

This is already a thing

as far as i know, custom career modes in custom systems are planned to be added in the future
