I cannot complete multiple missions of Cubesat at once, as the mission defaults to throwing out all Cubesats to complete, rather than just throwing out a sufficient number of satellites.

Hope this bug can be fixed.

It's not a bug, you have to stage the payloads correctly, and assign cubesats to the right contract

Not to say that I wouldn't like automatic payload assignment. It can get a little tiring assigning every single payload to a specific contract. Makes it tedious to run multiple satellite contracts at once.
