Apo demanded by mission not properly checked

@Pedro May I suggest that cube sat missions get either some words like “roughly”, “around xxx km” and have their apo- and periapsis in steps of 100 or 1000 km (a 3274 km — 92 km would be 3000 or 3300 km — 100km orbit),
Or
Have their orbital parameters given as a range, say, apodroo 1000-6000km, peridroo 80-250 km?

The tolerance of the sat missions depends on the payload, cubesats are very forgiving
