As a previous post of mine briefly mentioned, Droods being able to build with or manipulate parts would provide a much more substantial reason to send Droods on EVA. Maybe this could bring in an actual use for the “package” part, like a cargo container for parts and stuff.
Alternatively, Droods being able to plant flags or just leave a mark would be a good compromise.

@DrRed Kinda hard not to, KSP is such an awesome game with soooooo many cool features that mobile games simply haven’t been able to recreate.
