Yeah, this is a known bug but its really annoying
to reproduce this, take a Android mobile (low spec)
and turn on reentry trails then this happens
some weird light are coming like this

PowerVR devices don't support reentry effects. It's not because of your device being a low end one but because of the GPU it has not supporting said effect.
