Adding blueprint pictures

Similar to how a 3D program works where you can add 2D picture blueprints of a vehicle in the background.

    This is a useful feature and has already been implemented in Simple Planes. I hope it can appear on Juno.

    Yes, this tool can be very useful when you are making a replica of a plane/rocket. SimplePlanes already has this tool in the latest 1.9. l hope it can be added to SR2 soon!
