@Pedro the one problem is a picture. It was a couple seconds after I noticed the problem for most of the flight it was inside an inner stage while still spinning.

You can prevent that by adding more static resistance to the motor

Oh, and I made sure that it was securely inside a a inner stage That picture was taken after it was ejected because it was taking damage from spinning.
