When you paint a fairing with a transparent color, it will only make the part you are observing transparent, the rest will be white. It has somethi g to do with the angle you're looking at. Same bug goes for cargo bays.

Looks like you only painted the outside of the fairing, on the paint tool select "All" before painting it

@pedro16797 oh, right. Thank you. It's still buggy at some angles. For instance only the inner part of something has a transparent color, but when you look at a certain angle, you see the inner transparent color. Kinda weird
