Flare Effect Doesn't Render at First

@Noahproblem Thanks for the follow-up. I was finally able to reproduce the problem. Thanks for the bug report! I just had to make sure I was using the exact same quality settings you were using.

@AndrewGarrison The bug happens in and out of an atmosphere. When I go to launch, the flare effects won't appear until I open and close the map view . After I do this, I can see the flare either on the ground or in space. Atmosphere seemed irrelevant. Thanks for reading!

I was not able to reproduce this. The flare effects are not visible while in an atmosphere, they are only visible in space. If you can see missing flare effects while in an atmosphere, please let me know. Thanks for playing!
