Mouse scrolling still controls zoom whilst using it in a menu.
Note to self: This happens in the flight scene. In game view it scrolls the view you scroll on the menu flyout, but it doesn't zoom when you scroll on the dialogs. In Map View it zooms when scrolling on the menu flyout and the dialogs.
