hydrolox generator

I was thinking of a part that generates hydrolox from electricity and water.It would get water from it’s hose.It’s hose would extend when the part is activated. If there was a body of water within 20 meters, the hose would go in the water and the part would be
doing it’s job.Basically a water elctralizer and pump part.
