infinite angular velocity during re entry with parachute

i used a normal starter rocket with normal parachute on top.
first, lock orientation (cant spell without auto correct)
then, launch straight up at 100% thrust.
adjust heading to 60 degrees at about 15,000 meters
once you run out of fuel, turn off lock heading/orientation thing
when in atmosphere, deploy parachute (sorry, couldnt remeber altitude i deployed at)
