A Config mix of Plane and Rocket. When in Atmosphere, the config type will be Airplane, so that the spaceplane will be able to roll. If its not in Atmosphere, its not necessary to roll. Maybe customizable by being able to set the autoconfig stuff like "Change to plane config at altitude/atmosphere density", and being able to set PIDs of both modes. This would be a huge upgrade to SSTO, Spaceplane and Shuttle Autopilot Systems.
