Lights for the Runway at night

I was just casually flying about in a small plane at night around the SR2 base. Then i realized that there was no light emitting from the runway. So i thought that to make a suggestion for the devs to implement lights at both sides of the runway, so that planes can land at the runway at night.

It shouldn't be that hard to accomplish this task.
